GRADUATE STUDENT HOUSING SURVEY

Dear Graduate Students,

The university is interested in learning more about graduate student housing. To ensure that the voices of graduate students are heard, we ask that you take about 15-20 minutes to answer these survey questions. The survey responses will be reported anonymously, such that participants cannot be identified with their responses. Upon clicking submit, you will be directed to a new screen where you can submit your contact information to be entered into the random drawing for an 80GB video Ipod. This contact information will not be used for any purpose other than the drawing for the Ipod. The winner will be notified on or about March 1, 2007. Only one entry per graduate student will be accepted for the drawing.

Please fill out the survey below. If you would like a hard copy of the survey or have questions about the survey, send an email to Pat Wilcox, GSO President at pawilcox@syr.edu. We hope to receive the surveys back by February 15, 2007.

Your feedback will be valuable in assisting the university make appropriate decisions about graduate student housing. Thank you for your time.
